Returns and Exchanges
No returns or exchanges on custom or initial items.
Our store policy is as follows: all eligible items may be returned for store credit or original payment. The policy for returns last 14 days. We cannot offer refunds nor exchanges for orders past 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags still on and unworn. It must also be in the original packaging.

Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping a package over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Orders can be cancelled within the first 24 hours in exchange for store credit only. Contact us for more details at firstname.lastname@example.org
For shipping issues please contact your local shipping office with your confirmation number you received in the email. We have no control of the actual shipment of your package, the logistics is taken care by shipping company. Our carriers require a signature. Kristen Kesho is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages.
